Young Leaders (14-17)

The Young Leader Scheme is a fantastic opportunity for Young People aged 14-17 to discover their talent – develop and grow your leadership skills whilst helping others to do the same.

Young Leaders volunteer with our Beaver Colonies, Cub Packs or Scout Troops to assist in providing our exciting programme to others – becoming a meaningful part of the Section Leadership Team. The Young Leaders’ Scheme helps Young People to develop and grow as individuals as well as something extra to add to their CV. It allows them to make a valuable contribution to their community and give service to others. The scheme also helps them fulfil the service elements of awards such as Duke of Edinburgh or Queen Scout Awards.
